MEET Phil Hopkins

How I fit in

Phil is a Senior Advisor at RMA General. He has worked in the insurance industry since 1996, starting with NZI in Hobson Street, Auckland, as a commercial sales support officer.

Phil is keen to work with local people and businesses to ensure local understanding and representation for you to the insurance markets.

My Philosophy

I believe that effective risk management backed up by a quality insurance programme that does what is expected, when needed is critical. Nobody wants to have a claim, but if the worst happens I want to ensure things are back to normal as quickly as possible with the least disruption.

It is important that I fully understand your business or residential risks to make sure all aspects are considered and correctly addressed.

This is inherent in my philosophy of working for you, not the Insurer, to keep your best interests at the heart of everything I do.

Personal

Phil is married to Natalie and they have three wonderful boys. The eldest, Nicholas, is currently studying at Mahurangi College whilst his brothers Adam and Nathan attend Matakana Primary.
