Treating everyone I work with as an individual with changing needs is the key to my business. Everyone is unique and have different goals and needs. The challenge is to listen and really produce insurance and investment solutions that meet that one farmer, that one family. Breaking away from cookie cutter advice is a challenge I continue to build my business on. My second key challenge is to keep that advice current. What may have been great advice 10 years ago may no longer be. I work hard to ensure my clients are on a plan moving forward, not stuck in the past.
Despite most of my clients being south I still keep Queenstown as home. Addicted to skiing and tramping if Im not working I can usually be found outdoors with a bit of cold water swimming to break up the usual central Otago pursuits. My two university age kids come down regularly enough to show me they can still ski and ride faster than me.
